The post of bank Probationary officer or bank PO is considered to be one of the most reputed positions in the banking sector for which many aspiring candidates apply every year. Both government and private banks conduct bank PO exams to recruit candidates for the post of Bank Probationary officer. The Indian Bank PO exam is one such exam conducted by the Indian Bank every year for the recruitment of Bank PO in various branches of the bank. 

The candidates who clear all phases of the Indian Bank PO exam—Preliminary, mains and interview, are then to undergo a post-graduation course of one year at the Indian Bank, Manipal School of Banking (IBMSB). This exam is an attractive opportunity for aspirants who want to work in the banking sector,  as a result of which a huge number of candidates apply for this exam. 1. Know the syllabus and exam pattern

The one thing about competitive examinations is that the exam pattern and syllabus can vary from year to year. So the candidates should be clear about the exam pattern and syllabus for the year in which they are appearing. This will help them in making a right study plan based on the structure of the exam and weightage of the topics or sections included in the exam.

2. Have the right study material
