What is SSC JE?
The SSC JE Exam 2020 will be held between 22nd and 24th March. On 18th March, the SSC issued a notification about the change in exam dates. Apart from the Northern Region, all SSC regional headquarters published the SSC JE Admit Card 2020-21.
Candidates can download their SSC JE admit card by entering their registration number, father’s name, and date of birth. SSC JE 2020-21 Application Status was previously released on March 10 by SSC’s regional websites. Candidates can verify the status of their applications by entering the necessary information.
The SSC JE Admit Card for Paper 1 will be released shortly by the SSC. This exam will be conducted from 22nd March to 24th March 2021. And, the SSC JE Paper-II will be conducted on 21st March 2021.
SSC JE Latest Updates
- SSC JE Admit Card 2020-21 for Northern Region was released on 19th March 2021.
- The dates for the SSC JE exam 2020-21 have been updated as of 18th March 2021. In this respect, the SSC has released a notification.
- Northern Region had released SSC JE Admit Card Paper-I on 18th March 2021. The SSC JE Paper-II admit card is available for download.
- Southern Region released SSC JE Admit Card Paper-II on 15th March 2021. The SSC JE Paper-II will be held on 21st March.
- The North-Western Region released the SSC JE Admit Card 2020 on 15th March 2021. Candidates can get their SSC JE Admit Card by visiting the respective regional websites.
- SSC JE admit card 2020 was released by some regional SSC websites on 12th March 2021. The paper-I of the SSC JE exam will be held on 22nd March.

SSC JE Eligibility 2020-21
SSC JE eligibility criteria vary depending on the vacancy for the post that a candidate has applied for. However, the following are the basic requirements that candidates must meet to qualify for SSC JE 2020-21:
Nationality/citizenship: A candidate must be an Indian citizen or a Nepalese/Bhutanese subject, or a Tibetan Refugee who arrived in India before 1st January 1962 or an Indian who migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, or East African countries.
Educational qualifications: As of 1st January 2021, a candidate must have completed a degree or diploma in civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
Age: As of 1st January 2021, a candidate must be a maximum of 32 years old.

SSC JE Admit Card & Application Status 2020-21
Staff Selection Commission will release SSC JE admit cards 2021 region-by-region on its official regional websites. Northern (NR), North Eastern (NER), Karnataka Kerala (KKR), Southern (SR), Eastern (ER), Central (CR), Western (WR), Madhya Pradesh (MPR), and North Western (NWR) admit cards will be published (NWR).
The Commission will, however, release the application status for all regions before releasing the admit cards. The SSC JE application status shows whether or not a candidate’s exam application has been accepted. Using login credentials, such as their roll number, registration ID, date of birth, name, and father’s name, candidates can download their SSC JE admit card and application status.
It should be noted that the SSC JE admit card is a required document to be taken to the designated test centre. Candidates must bring a passport-size photograph and a valid photo ID proof to the test centre along with the admit card. Candidates who do not have the records mentioned above will be denied the opportunity to appear for the exam.
