Managing Director | The person must be a CAIIB/ DBF/ Diploma in Co-operative Business Management or equivalent graduate, or a Chartered / Cost Accountant, or a Post-graduate in any discipline. The candidate must have at least 8 years of experience as a General Manager in a cooperative bank with a market mix exceeding 2000 crores. |
General Manager | Candidates should have M.Com./CAIIB/CA/ ICWAI/ CS/ CFA degree. They must also have at least 5 years of banking experience as an equivalent post in a cooperative bank with a business volume of more than 2000 crores. |
Assistant General Manager | Candidates must have a B.Com./ CAIIB/ CA/ICWAI/ CS/ CFA as a minimum educational qualification. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in the banking sector managing Treasury, Loan, Recovery, Investment, and Legal portfolios. |
Assistant General Manager – IT | Candidates must have a Graduate degree or Postgraduate degree in Computer/I.T. Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Core Banking Software implementation, operations, conversion, up-gradation, and migration of various software, & excellent knowledge of the Banking Domain / Activity. |
Assistant General Manager-Hardware, Database and Networking | Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years experience in Core Banking Software, Data Center, Hardware, and up-gradation of DC / DR, necessary Cybersecurity aspects as per RBI guidelines, and excellent knowledge of the Banking Domain / Activity. |
