Age limit

Candidates should be above 35 years of age. 

Educational Qualification

Managing DirectorThe person must be a CAIIB/ DBF/ Diploma in Co-operative Business Management or equivalent graduate, or a Chartered / Cost Accountant, or a Post-graduate in any discipline. The candidate must have at least 8 years of experience as a General Manager in a cooperative bank with a market mix exceeding 2000 crores.
General ManagerCandidates should have M.Com./CAIIB/CA/ ICWAI/ CS/ CFA degree. They must also have at least 5 years of banking experience as an equivalent post in a cooperative bank with a business volume of more than 2000 crores.
Assistant General ManagerCandidates must have a B.Com./ CAIIB/ CA/ICWAI/ CS/ CFA as a minimum educational qualification. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in the banking sector managing Treasury, Loan, Recovery, Investment, and Legal portfolios.
Assistant General Manager – ITCandidates must have a Graduate degree or Postgraduate degree in Computer/I.T. Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Core Banking Software implementation, operations, conversion, up-gradation, and migration of various software, & excellent knowledge of the Banking Domain / Activity.
Assistant General Manager-Hardware, Database and NetworkingCandidates should have a minimum of 5 years experience in Core Banking Software, Data Center, Hardware, and up-gradation of DC / DR, necessary Cybersecurity aspects as per RBI guidelines, and excellent knowledge of the Banking Domain / Activity.
