Eligibility 

The recruitment is conducted mainly to two categories they are: 

Category – I Graduate Apprentices: Educational qualification required to apply for category I is B.Tech in Electrical / Electrical and Electronics Engineering with not less than 60% marks. 

Category – II Technician (Diploma) Apprentices: Diploma in Electrical / Electrical and Electronics Engineering with not less than 60% marks is the educational qualification of Category – II.  

Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship or having one year or more experience are not eligible to apply

Duration of Training

As per the Apprentices (Amendment) Act 1973, the duration of Apprenticeship training will be for a period of one year.

Selection Procedure

The final rank list would be prepared on the basis of marks obtained by the candidate and according to categories General/ SC/ ST/ OBC.  

The Shortlisted list will be published on  21/02/2022. The list of shortlisted candidates shall be published in the website http://www.boat-srp.com under Organized Events & News Section in home page

Verification of certificates for shortlisted Candidates will be held at KSEB Headquaters at Pattom from 24/02/2022 onwards.

Application process

All eligible candidates have to enroll at the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal (mhrdnats.gov.in) to generate unique enrollment number. Candidate can apply for the posts only after successful enrollment and verification.
