Age Limit

Nationality

It is mandatory for the candidates applying for the Kerala PSC VEO examination to be the citizens of India. The candidates need to produce all necessary documents to prove that they belong to the nation of India; only then their applications will be considered valid. 

Educational Qualifications

According to the proposed eligibility criteria by the Kerala Public Service Commission and the State Government of Kerala, the candidates applying for the post of Village Extension Officer should have a basic level of education and should be at least 10th pass. The candidates need to have a minimum of 40% aggregate marks to apply for the post of Village Extension Officer and they need to present the relevant educational certificates with their application. Reservations 

As with every other competitive examination, the Kerala PSC VEO examination also has a certain reservation for candidates belonging to the SC/ST and other backward classes. The candidates belonging to the SC/ST and OBC are granted a certain age relaxation on the upper age limit for applying for the post of Kerala Village Extension Officer. The relaxation is a maximum of 3 to 5 years on the upper age limit.
