• Candidates can apply online at Thulasi, the Kerala PSC’s online application portal.
• Login to the PSC’s ‘Thulasi’ online application portal. Candidates who have not yet registered on the online portal must go through the one-time registration process.
• Click on “Notifications- Apply for a Post” on the home page.
• Select “Statewide- Direct Recruitment” from the newly opened window.
• Select “Overseer/Draftsman Grade 1 (Electrical) to the Harbour Engineering Department 377/2020′′.
• Click ‘Apply Now’, then enter your username and the date in the photograph into the newly opened tab.
• Fill in your personal information, such as your name and date of birth, choose your preferred exam centre, and tick the declarations before submitting your application.
