Kerala PSC One Time Registration – Everything You Need to Know

All recruitment tests administered by the Kerala PSC can be applied only if the applicant has registered through the “One-Time Registration” window. This statutory body conducts examinations on different roles within the state government. 

Applicants can sign up for registration through the Kerala PSC Thulasi application. The applicant can log in for subsequent purposes once the profile is created.

Kerala PSC One Time Registration

  • Visit Kerala PSC – Thulasi Portal
  • Click on ‘New Registration’ and sign up. If you have already registered with Thulasi portal, you can enter your username and password to log in. 
  • Once you click on ‘New Registration’, a blank form appears asking to enter your personal details 
  • Fill all the details carefully. Please remember to provide valid mobile number and email ID. You will receive all future communications to this only
  • Then, enter your username and password. And, note it carefully. 
  • Thereafter, upload the photograph and signature (Both should be of 150 x 200 pixels, with a maximum size of 30 Kb)
  • Enter your educational qualification, work experience details and aadhaar details
  • Do remember to take the print of your application

Online Application Process: One Time Registration

  • Log in to Thusali portal. Once you log in, the following window will appear. 
  • Click on the notification tab. It will show the active notifications there. Or you can apply for a post directly if you know the category number of the respective post by entering the same. 
  • Click on the respective post. If you qualify for the post, click on “Apply Now”  on the right side. You may also apply through the “Apply using equivalent or higher” option if you are not qualified (subject to condition). 
  • For the post, you can also check “Why you are ineligible.” The options will be given on the right side. 
  • It will be marked as ‘Applied’ after applying

 

Kerala PSC Exam Confirmation and Admission Ticket

  • KPSC will request confirmation after the examination date announcement. That is, the candidate is ready to take the test. It is necessary for the Commission to assign centres according to the total number of applicants. 
  • The Admission Ticket will NOT be generated for candidates who fail to request a confirmation within the deadline, and their application for the post will be denied subsequently. 
  • The admission ticket will not be delivered by post, but must be downloaded from the portal by the candidate.
  • A letter or e-mail will inform you the details about the admission ticket. 
  • You will login to Thulasi by clicking on the Admission Ticket .  Download the copy and keep it for the examination. 
  • The hall ticket would include all the directions to be followed, exam venue, exam date and time, nearest landmark details of the examination centre

Other Details of Kerala PSC One Time Registration

My Profile

Candidates can access their profile and add information about academic qualifications, work experience, etc. It is not possible to edit locked information.

Registration Card

The candidate should have their application printed. If you wish to modify any of the details in your profile, please download the application form, mention the requested modification and send it to your nearest Kerala Public Service Commission office along with the relevant documentation to prove your claim.

OTV Certificate

The Appointing Authority will receive the One-Time Verification Certificate directly as and when the candidate is advised to be recruited for a job. 

My Application

All the applications made through the one-time registration profile can be accessed by the candidate. 

Profile Messages

This will intimate communications about incomplete submissions, changes in the test schedule, etc. 

Answer Key Complaint

The candidate may register any complaint relating to the Provisional Answer Key reported by the Commission within 5 days of the completion of the exam. 

Feedback 

Through this option, the candidate can ask the Kerala Public Service Commission for any queries.
