Since the official notification for KPSC LDC 2021 has yet to be released, no information for the year 2021 is currently available. For your reference, here are the Eligibility Criteria as per the last recruitment pattern.
The minimum requirement for the Kerala PSC LDC recruitment is an SSLC pass. The candidate has to be between 18 & 36 years of age and have the necessary documents for verification. A person working as a typist in any department of the Kerala Public Service Commission was also qualified to take the exam if he or she met the other requirements specified in the last recruitment notification.
According to the last recruitment notification, the minimum age to apply for the KPC LDC Recruitment Exam was 18 years, while the upper age restriction varies depending on the category.
The following were the relaxations for various categories.

According to the last recruitment notification, 3% of the vacancies were designated for the appointment of differently-abled persons, limited to the categories of Low Vision, Hearing Impairment, and Locomotor Disability/ Cerebral Palsy. Differently-abled candidates were provided age relaxation and Grace marks as per existing Acts and Rules, based on their eligibility.
The basic prerequisite for a candidate to appear in the Kerala PSC LDC examination is to have passed the class 10th examination. Candidates with higher education can also apply in accordance with the recruitment pattern.
The Kerala PSC LDC Exam was eligible for anyone who worked as a typist for the Kerala PSC or any other department and had a certificate of passing class 10th. These candidates must have at least four years of service experience. Such candidates must receive a certificate from the Head of the Department where they worked, confirming their tenure in the organisation.
There is no age restriction for such candidates, although they must be at least 40 years old. According to the previous notification, the age restriction was relaxed by 5 years for SC/ ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.
