Kerala Pollution Control Board Assistant Engineer Recruitment Notification 2021 has been issued by Kerala Public Service Commission, inviting applications for 83 vacant Assistant Engineer positions. Only eligible candidates are invited to apply online via the One-Time Registration process. On or before 2nd June 2021, interested and qualifying candidates can apply for AE Recruitment 2021. The Kerala Public Service Commission will accept online applications for Assistant Engineer State Pollution Control Board Recruitment at keralapsc.gov.in.

Reservations

According to GO(P)No.74/2013/SJD dated 09.09.2013, 3 per cent of the vacancies in the post shall be reserved for differently-abled candidates belonging to the Hearing Impairment, Low Vision, Locomotors Disability/Cerebral Palsy categories.

Educational Qualification

B.Tech in Civil/Chemical/Environmental Engineering or equivalent from a UGC recognised university. 

Note: A postgraduate degree from a recognised university in environmental engineering/technology or public health engineering/technology is preferred.

Age Limit

Candidates should be between the ages of 18 and 36. (Born between 2nd January 1985 and 1st January 2003)

Candidates from Other Backward Communities and SC/ST are eligible for the normal age relaxation. In no case, the maximum age limit exceeds 50 years.

Probation

Selected candidates will be on probation for a total of two years on duty within a continuous span of 3 years from the date of their first day on duty.

Method of appointment

The candidates shall be selected through Direct Recruitment.

How to Apply for Assistant Engineer State Pollution Control Board Recruitment 2021?

  • Before applying for the role, candidates must complete a One-Time Registration form on the Kerala Public Service Commission’s official website, http://www.keralapsc.gov.in.
  • Candidates who have completed the registration process can apply by logging into their profile and entering their User-ID and Password.
  • To apply for the role, candidates must click the ‘Apply Now’ button in the Notification Link.
  • The candidate must submit a photograph, which must have been taken after 31st December 2011. The candidate’s name and the date the photograph was taken should be legibly written at the bottom.
  • Candidates who have an Aadhaar Card should include it in their profile as ID proof.
  • There is no application fee.
  • Candidates must check the accuracy of the details in their profile before submitting their application on the profile.
  • The application that has been submitted is provisional and cannot be changed or withdrawn after it has been submitted.
  • It is recommended that candidates print or save a soft copy of their online application for future reference. Candidates can print their application by going to their profile and clicking on the link “My applications.” The printout of the application should be attached to all communications with the Commission about the application.
  • The deadline to apply is 2nd June 2021, till midnight. 

Kerala Pollution Control Board Assistant Engineer Recruitment: Written/Online Test

  • Suppose a written/OMR/Online Test is required as part of the application process. In that case, applicants who meet the criteria must confirm their attendance by logging into their One Time Registration profiles.
  • Only the applicant can generate and download Admission Tickets within the last 15 days before the test date.
  • Candidates whose applications are not verified within the specified time will be automatically rejected. The deadlines for submitting confirmations and, as a result, the availability of admission tickets will be included in the examination calendar. Candidates will be informed about this in their respective profiles and the registered mobile number.
