After completing the specially designed Post Graduate Diploma in Banking & Finance (PGDBF) course, candidates are recruited for the post of Probationary Officers in Junior Grade Scale I by the Canara Bank. Candidates can enrol for the Canara Bank PGDBF program at either Manipal Global Education Services Pvt Ltd’s Bengaluru campus or NITTE Education International Pvt Ltd’s Greater Noida campus for a one-year training program.

Nationality:
- Candidates must be Indian citizens, Nepalese or Bhutanese citizens, or Tibetan refugees who arrived in India before 1st January 1962, with the intention of settling.
- A person of Indian origin who has moved to Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries such as Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam have all expressed an interest in settling permanently in India.
- Candidates from these countries must ensure that they have obtained an eligibility certificate from the Indian government.
Computer Knowledge:

The selected candidates would be paid a pay scale of Rs 23700 – 980/7 – 30560 – 1145/2 – 32850 – 1310/7 – 42020. They are also eligible for Dearness Allowance, Housing Allowance, Child Care Allowance, Medical Assistance, and Leave Fare Concession, among other benefits. The application form for Canara Bank PO will be available online at the bank’s official website. The exam application fee is Rs 708 for general candidates and Rs 118 for SC/ST/PWBD candidates.
Admit cards are released two to three weeks before the exam. Candidates can get their Canara Bank PO admit card by logging in with their registration number, roll number, date of birth, or password.
Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, and General Knowledge are the four topics covered in the online test. There will be a total of 200 questions in the exam.
