BOB PO recruitment is for a role as a Probationary Officer in the Junior Management Grade/Scale I in the bank. BOB PO Eligibility Criteria 2020
Educational Qualification – Candidates must have completed a bachelor’s degree in either discipline with a minimum of 55 per cent, or 50 per cent for SC/ST/PWD, from a recognised institution.
Age limit – Candidates must be between the ages of 20 and 28 years old. Candidates who fall under one of the reserved categories are given relaxation on the upper age limit.

BOB PO Selection Process 2020
The online exam, Psychometric Assessment, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview are all part of the BOB PO selection process. Here’s the complete selection process of BOB PO:
Registration: The BOB PO application form 2020 will be available in June. Candidates who are interested in applying can apply online. For the recruiting exam, no other method of application would be considered. The application fee for SC/ST/PWD candidates is Rs 100, while the fee for General/OBC candidates is Rs 600.
Admit card release: BOB PO admit card is released online separately for the online exam and Group Discussion, Personal Interview & Psychometric Assessment Test. Candidates must enter their login credentials to download the admit card. Candidates will not get a hard copy of their admit card by post.
Exam: The online test comprises both objective and descriptive questions. The test carries a total of 250 marks. Only those who obtain minimum qualifying marks in the objective test will be assessed for their descriptive paper. Candidates will be shortlisted for the Psychometric Assessment Exam, Group Discussion, and Interview if they achieve a minimum score in each test and the overall score.
Group Discussion (GD)/Personal Interview (PI)/Psychometric Test: The aggregate marks of candidates who passed the online exam will be arranged in descending order in each category in the order of merit. Candidates will be called for a Group Discussion and Interview four times the vacancies. The Bank will assess the qualifying marks in the online test, group discussion, and interview.
Declaration of result: The BOB PO result is available in PDF format on the official website. The roll numbers of eligible applicants are displayed in the result. The scorecard is issued a few days after the BOB PO result is announced.
Final Selection: The final merit list is made on the basis of marks obtained by the candidate in the online test, group discussion and interview.

BOB PO Exam Day Guidelines 2020
- Candidates must bring their admit card and photo if proof to the exam centre.
- Candidates’ biometric impressions will be taken at the exam centre
- Mobile phones, pagers, calculators, and other similar devices are not permitted inside the exam centres.
- Candidates are not permitted to leave the exam centre until the exam is completed.
